Al leaves behind an overwhelming legacy, not only through his mission to the Moon and the countless achievements during his life, but also through the countless people he met and talked to along the way. He touched so many lives with his kindness, and inspired so many through his numerous events and outreach.
Al was also an advocate for inspiring the next generation of space explorers and engineers, which resulted in the launching of the Al Worden Endeavour Scholarship in 2019 with Kallman Worldwide Inc.
